The electromagnetic radiation known as ultraviolet light (UV) is simply sunshine.
Furthermore, sunburns and summer tans are caused by UV rays.
It has been demonstrated that UV-C, or this particular UV radiation, has anti-microbial capabilities when used in very high dosages. UVGI can penetrate the outer structure of these microorganisms, damaging their DNA or RNA and rendering them unable to replicate or cause infection. This makes UVGI an effective way to disinfect surfaces and sanitize the air!
Since the 1930s, researchers have used UV-C to destroy bacteria, fungi, mold, and viruses.
When administered with enough intensity, UV-C radiation, which is invisible to the hum99.99% of all microorganisms.

Another advanced version of UVGI is 222nm which is safe and friendly for humans as per research publications!
